The solid waste allowed to be imported by the state shall be imported from the list of ports of import for limited solid waste (see the attachment for details) and go through customs declaration formalities.
When applying for a solid waste import license, the importer should fill in the customs code in the list of ports of import for limited solid waste.
"Notice no. 40 of 2013 issued by the general administration of customs of the People's Republic of China, ministry of environmental protection of the People's Republic of China" shall be annulled simultaneously.
This notice shall come into force on January 1, 2019.
It is hereby announced.
