One, according to current regulations, to the input code, within the territory of the customs code, the consignee or consignor, registration number, name of the mode of transportation, transportation tools and the voyage number, consumption/production and marketing units, units used shall be properties, types of packaging, marking label code and note, item number, name of commodity and specifications, internal destination/sourcing in China, declare units and other columns fill the required to do the corresponding adjustment and modification.

2. New requirements for filling five columns including "overseas consignee and consignor", "storage place of goods", "port of departure", "port of entry/port of departure" and "self-report and self-payment".

Three, modify the name of the four columns, change the "consignor" to "within the territory of the consignee or consignor", change the "port of import/export ports" to "enter the pass don't/exit clearance don't", change the "port of loading/shipment port" to "by the port/port of those goods", change the "accompanying documents" to "the attached documents and code.

6. The new customs clearance parameters can be downloaded from the "query and download of customs clearance integration parameters" section in the portal website of the general administration of customs (> online service > information query > clearance parameters).
